I originally formed the Aquatica Development Company in 1987 to sponsor the design and development of a transportable Emergency Shelter. In 1993 the International Swimming Hall of Fame became interested in assembling a symposium. Aquatica Development Company conceived, wrote, designed and developed the symposium idea into a formal trade show with an ongoing school. The name Aquatica was used as a reasonable name to describe the many activities at the World Aquatics Convention & Trade Show, Aquatica Academy and Aquatica Institute. The name Aquatica and the various associated copyrights of Aquatica Development Company are owned by Alby Chrisbach, including the rights to use the Aquatic Reef Dwellers painting series by Bob Jenny.

Both the brochure and catalog below were written, designed in-house - including prepress and paper selection - by Aquatica Development Company.

Aquatica '95 Brochure - World Aquatics Convention & Trade Show

This brochure was printed on two fancy papers by Murray Tuchman, a printer in Pompano, Florida. Both paper companies requested additional print runs to promote their papers. Strathmore Elements ("Lines") - new at the time - was used for the brochure and CTI Glama Natural was used as the mailing sleeve. The translucent sleeve is represented as the last two pages of this pdf. The Aquatica Academy brochure was printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with soy bean inks.
